About the role
- Maintain and feed the candidate pipeline for our open positions.
- Anticipate future hiring needs and support the sales teams with their staffing projects.
- Analyze requirements and job descriptions to define the appropriate sourcing strategy.
- Actively source candidates on major job boards: LinkedIn, Welcome to the Jungle, Apec.
- Build and manage talent pools by function or by region.
- Execute targeted headhunting/search campaigns.
- Collaborate with recruitment and sales teams to identify key profiles to present.
- Share results and analysis with the recruitment team.
Requirements
- Recent graduate with a BTS or Bachelor's degree in HR.
- Proficient in (or willing to learn) sourcing tools: LinkedIn Recruiter, Welcome to the Jungle, Apec, etc.
- Enjoy teamwork and daily collaboration with recruiters and sales colleagues.
- Comfortable communicating both verbally and in writing and possess good organizational skills.
- Proactive, observant, and motivated by the prospect of making an impact in a dynamic HR team.
