Sales & Operations Execution Manager ensuring seamless S&OE across Commercial and Supply Chain for Kellanova in Belgium. Balancing supply/demand and enabling data-driven decisions with strong collaboration.
Responsibilities
Act as a key connector across Commercial, Supply Chain, and European stakeholders to ensure our Sales & Operations Execution runs seamlessly.
Balance supply and demand, reduce penalties and Non‑Performing Inventory (NPI), and enable smart, data‑driven decision‑making.
Drive and continuously improve the Sales & Operations Execution process for the Benelux markets.
Act as a trusted partner across Commercial, Customer Service, Finance, and European Supply Chain teams to ensure plans are executable.
Proactively identify supply versus demand risks and translate insights into preventive and mitigation plans that reduce penalties and Non‑Performing Inventory.
Provide clear and timely visibility to the Benelux business on supply constraints, demand volatility, and execution risks.
Actively support and role‑model Kellanova’s Equity, Diversity & Inclusion and Corporate Social Responsibility agenda.
Requirements
University degree or equivalent, preferably in a quantitative field such as Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business
Strong ability to lead, influence, and inspire diverse stakeholders toward challenging and sometimes competing goals
Proven analytical capability to interpret data, identify opportunities, define clear action plans, and execute with impact
Experience working in Sales & Operations Execution, S&OP, supply chain planning, or operational roles within a complex, matrixed organization
Knowledge of SAP/R3, APO, Excel, BI, or similar reporting and planning tools as a strong advantage.
