Requirements
Completed training as a bank clerk or a commercial vocational qualification with relevant initial experience
Experience in customer service, customer support, or account management
Initial experience in mortgage financing and certification under §34i GewO is a plus but not mandatory
Nice-to-have: experience with platform businesses or knowledge of the Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe
Interest in technical topics and a desire to really understand how things work
Strong communication skills, empathy, and enjoyment of teamwork
Quick comprehension and ability to work independently
Confident use of MS Office, ideally also experience with CRM systems
