About the role
- Talent Acquisition Partner driving veterinary recruitment in the DACH region for IVC Evidensia. Collaborating with clinics to recruit and support veterinary professionals effectively.

- You guide candidates through the entire recruiting process — personal, approachable and on equal terms
- You work closely with clinic management and advise them on their hiring needs
- You contribute ideas on how we can make recruiting more modern and digital
- You use active sourcing, social media & creative channels to reach talent
Requirements
- You have a background as a veterinarian or TFA (veterinary assistant), or you know the industry very well
- Ideally you already have recruiting experience or are digitally savvy and eager to dive into the topic
- You have a good instinct for people and can inspire and engage them
- You work in a structured, independent way and enjoy collaborating in a team
- German fluent; English is a plus
