Recruitment Analyst supporting recruitment processes for the healthcare sector at Grupo Velas. Managing high volume hiring and aligning with team leaders in Vila Mariana.
Responsibilities
Align job profiles with hiring managers
Support Grupo Velas units with recruitment requests
Send and monitor job requisitions
Track vacancy SLAs and monitor recruitment process deadlines
Maintain and manage spreadsheets with open positions, interviewed candidates, hires, and admissions
Conduct selection processes for operational and administrative roles, and support technical positions (e.g., physiotherapists)
Open vacancies, start the SLA, and update process status for requesters
Support the creation and continuous improvement of recruitment and selection processes
Analyze behavioral profiles and administer DISC assessments
Administer and monitor Customer Service Management tests for Commercial Secretary positions
Conduct competency-based and behavioral interviews
Perform candidate hunting and proactive sourcing of qualified candidates
Communicate with candidates during the recruitment process, providing feedback and updates on stages
Update and maintain the resume database and candidate pool
Approve candidates and manage the offer and vacancy closure stage
Monitor and control vacancy SLAs
Track average time to close vacancies
Monitor volume of open vs. closed vacancies
Assess hiring quality
Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
Previous experience in Recruitment and Selection, preferably handling high-volume hiring
Experience conducting selection processes for operational, administrative, and technical roles
Experience with competency-based interviews and behavioral analysis
Knowledge of candidate hunting and proactive sourcing techniques
Experience managing R&S metrics (SLA, time to fill, recruitment funnel)
Proficiency with spreadsheets and managing recruitment processes
Strong communication, organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple demands
