About the role

  • Recruitment Analyst supporting recruitment processes for the healthcare sector at Grupo Velas. Managing high volume hiring and aligning with team leaders in Vila Mariana.

Responsibilities

  • Align job profiles with hiring managers
  • Support Grupo Velas units with recruitment requests
  • Send and monitor job requisitions
  • Track vacancy SLAs and monitor recruitment process deadlines
  • Maintain and manage spreadsheets with open positions, interviewed candidates, hires, and admissions
  • Conduct selection processes for operational and administrative roles, and support technical positions (e.g., physiotherapists)
  • Open vacancies, start the SLA, and update process status for requesters
  • Support the creation and continuous improvement of recruitment and selection processes
  • Analyze behavioral profiles and administer DISC assessments
  • Administer and monitor Customer Service Management tests for Commercial Secretary positions
  • Conduct competency-based and behavioral interviews
  • Perform candidate hunting and proactive sourcing of qualified candidates
  • Communicate with candidates during the recruitment process, providing feedback and updates on stages
  • Update and maintain the resume database and candidate pool
  • Approve candidates and manage the offer and vacancy closure stage
  • Monitor and control vacancy SLAs
  • Track average time to close vacancies
  • Monitor volume of open vs. closed vacancies
  • Assess hiring quality

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Previous experience in Recruitment and Selection, preferably handling high-volume hiring
  • Experience conducting selection processes for operational, administrative, and technical roles
  • Experience with competency-based interviews and behavioral analysis
  • Knowledge of candidate hunting and proactive sourcing techniques
  • Experience managing R&S metrics (SLA, time to fill, recruitment funnel)
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets and managing recruitment processes
  • Strong communication, organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple demands
