About the role

  • Werkstudent im Recruiting bei A-LEVEL, verantwortlich für Active Sourcing und Recruiting Operations. Unterstützung der Recruiting-Prozesse und direkte Kommunikation mit Kandidaten.

Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for identifying and approaching candidates and managing our recruiting processes in a structured way.
  • At the same time, you ensure that everything runs cleanly and efficiently in the background.
  • Candidate research on LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.
  • Initial outreach and follow-ups with potential candidates.
  • Maintenance and structuring of pipelines in the ATS and CRM.
  • Documentation of candidate status, notes, and feedback.
  • Sending rejections and maintaining ongoing communication with candidates.
  • Coordination and scheduling of interviews, including calendar management.
  • Inbox management and prioritization of inquiries.
  • Support with reporting and project updates.

Requirements

  • Initial experience in HR/recruiting or, ideally, in active sourcing is highly desirable.
  • A highly structured and reliable way of working is a must.
  • Careful handling of data and a strong commitment to quality are required.
  • Strong written communication skills when interacting with candidates are essential.
  • Organizational talent and good time management.
  • Confident use of tools such as Google Workspace; ideally, first experience with ATS systems.
  • Ability to stay focused and work accurately even on repetitive tasks.
  • Independent working style and the ability to set priorities.
  • Motivation to develop further in recruiting and to take on more responsibility.
