Responsibilities
You are responsible for identifying and approaching candidates and managing our recruiting processes in a structured way.
At the same time, you ensure that everything runs cleanly and efficiently in the background.
Candidate research on LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.
Initial outreach and follow-ups with potential candidates.
Maintenance and structuring of pipelines in the ATS and CRM.
Documentation of candidate status, notes, and feedback.
Sending rejections and maintaining ongoing communication with candidates.
Coordination and scheduling of interviews, including calendar management.
Inbox management and prioritization of inquiries.
Support with reporting and project updates.
Requirements
Initial experience in HR/recruiting or, ideally, in active sourcing is highly desirable.
A highly structured and reliable way of working is a must.
Careful handling of data and a strong commitment to quality are required.
Strong written communication skills when interacting with candidates are essential.
Organizational talent and good time management.
Confident use of tools such as Google Workspace; ideally, first experience with ATS systems.
Ability to stay focused and work accurately even on repetitive tasks.
Independent working style and the ability to set priorities.
Motivation to develop further in recruiting and to take on more responsibility.
