Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Communications, Marketing, or related field
3–5 years of recruitment experience; advertising agency or media/marketing industry experience highly preferred.
Strong sourcing capability, familiarity with recruitment platforms and ATS tools.
English proficiency sufficient for daily work.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and multitasking abilities.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and result-driven mindset.
