- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract, screen, and hire high-volume hourly talent
- Travel between Littleton, Londonderry, and Lincoln for recruiting needs
- Partner closely with local HR Business Partners and hiring managers
- Serve as the primary recruiting point of contact for assigned sites
- Create and manage job postings, candidate pipelines, interviews, and offers
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels to build a strong local talent pipeline
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and coordinate interview processes
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake through hire
- Maintain awareness of local labor market trends for recruiting strategies
- Deliver a positive, consistent candidate experience across all locations
- Track and report recruiting activity and outcomes
Requirements
- College degree or equivalent professional experience
- Proven experience (3+ years) in high-volume recruitment, specifically in manufacturing or related industrial sectors
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using HRIS and recruitment software
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly between sites
