About the role

  • Talent Acquisition Specialist supporting recruitment of hourly talent across manufacturing sites. Partnering with HR leadership and managing the full recruitment lifecycle for Hubbell Electrical Solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract, screen, and hire high-volume hourly talent
  • Travel between Littleton, Londonderry, and Lincoln for recruiting needs
  • Partner closely with local HR Business Partners and hiring managers
  • Serve as the primary recruiting point of contact for assigned sites
  • Create and manage job postings, candidate pipelines, interviews, and offers
  • Utilize multiple sourcing channels to build a strong local talent pipeline
  • Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and coordinate interview processes
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake through hire
  • Maintain awareness of local labor market trends for recruiting strategies
  • Deliver a positive, consistent candidate experience across all locations
  • Track and report recruiting activity and outcomes

Requirements

  • College degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in high-volume recruitment, specifically in manufacturing or related industrial sectors
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in using HRIS and recruitment software
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly between sites
