Responsibilities
You build long-term sales partnerships and grow new and existing key accounts through excellent service and your sales expertise
You work in the field, present solutions on-site and strengthen customer relationships in your sales territory (DACH & Benelux)
Through market analyses, the use of modern tools and ongoing training, you proactively identify growth opportunities and trends
You work closely with R&D, production and inside sales to optimally meet customer needs
You actively help shape the sales strategy and take responsibility for performance and budget planning
You work in a goal-oriented and self-organized manner in a dynamic environment as part of an international team
Requirements
Passion for sales and several years of experience in the pool industry or comparable sectors
Proven success in developing and leveraging different sales channels (including digital) as well as working with distributors
Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English; additional languages such as French, Dutch or Flemish are an advantage
Strong analytical skills, technical understanding and effective problem-solving abilities
Ability to work as a self-organized team player in a results-driven environment
High willingness to travel for field appointments and customer visits
