Responsibilities
Build and execute the client communication strategy (B2B);
Create a structured editorial calendar (launches, campaigns, education, activations);
Segment the database by ICP, product, journey stage and usage profile;
Design and implement automated communication flows;
Create campaigns for feature launches;
Develop educational onboarding flows;
Increase activation rates and usage of strategic features;
Execute cross-sell and upsell campaigns in collaboration with CS and Sales;
Monitor metrics: open rate; CTR; engagement; conversion; feature adoption;
Propose A/B tests;
Optimize campaigns based on data;
Coordinate with Product for launch communications;
Coordinate with CS to identify friction points and customer needs;
Coordinate with Sales for strategic campaigns;
Work with RevenueOps on data analysis and segmentation.
Requirements
3+ years in CRM, Lifecycle Marketing or B2B Marketing;
Experience with B2B SaaS (preferably fintech or tech);
Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, RD, Intercom or similar;
Experience with marketing automation;
Database segmentation skills;
Experience building automated flows;
B2B copywriting skills;
Experience analyzing metrics;
Experience with A/B testing.
