About the role

  • Marketing Analyst developing and optimizing marketing dashboards for app success in the DACH region. Collaborating closely with Paid Media Specialists and Marketing Consultants on campaign performance.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update our clients’ product catalogs to ensure they are always current and accurate.
  • Take responsibility for the setup, administration, and maintenance of marketing tools such as ProductsUp, Adjust, Appsflyer, Clarisights, Adverity, and others.
  • Create and develop reporting dashboards to analyze campaign performance and improve data quality through optimized configurations.
  • Define functional requirements and support developers to successfully integrate marketing tools.
  • Connect marketing tools to various data sources to ensure a complete and consistent view of the data.
  • Support clients and internal teams with in-depth data analyses to identify and resolve the root causes of performance issues.

Requirements

  • Experience in product feed management, ideally with ProductsUp or a comparable platform, and with mobile measurement platforms (MMPs) such as Adjust or Appsflyer.
  • Familiarity with marketing networks: Meta, Google, Apple Search Ads, TikTok.
  • Strong skills in data preparation and visualization using Clarisights, Adverity, and Google Sheets.
  • Data-driven mindset, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to create simple queries.
  • Ability to leverage AI and automation tools, including OpenAI products (ChatGPT, Sora, etc.), Google AI Studio, make.com, n8n, Google Sheets & Scripts, and other Google products.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as MoEngage, Braze, and Clevertap.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to plan, prioritize, and execute tasks efficiently.
  • Independent learner with the ability to adapt in dynamic and changing environments.
  • Structured working style combined with excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken; German is a plus but not required.
