About the role

  • Office Manager ensuring smooth office operations and optimizing organizational structures in a creative environment with a fun team atmosphere.

Responsibilities

  • Point of contact for all organizational matters
  • Ordering beverages and workshop equipment
  • Optimizing internal processes and structures
  • Responsible for conference room management and fleet management
  • First point of contact for visitors, service providers and packages
  • Ensuring cleanliness and functionality across all areas
  • Managing vehicle inventory and coordinating maintenance and damage cases
  • Creating how-to guides

Requirements

  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Experience in office management is a plus
  • Valid driver's license (Class B)
  • Confident communication in German and English
  • Experience with Google Workspace (Google Suite) & MS Office
