About the role

Responsibilities

  • You identify potential customers, analyze markets and spot gaps others miss (Lead Research & Qualification).
  • You pick up the phone. You learn modern outreach, conduct initial discovery calls and build relationships.
  • You manage the CRM like a CEO. You prioritize leads and make sure no deal slips through the cracks.
  • You contribute your own ideas, work on pitches and help prepare deals for closing.

Requirements

  • Your degree doesn’t matter — we care about your character.
  • Mindset > Experience: Never sold before? Perfect. We’ll teach you clean, psychologically grounded sales techniques without forcing you to unlearn bad habits.
  • Ambition: You don’t want to start at €2,500 gross. You want to learn how to earn a five-figure income and are willing to go the extra mile.
  • Discipline: You’ll work remotely. That means maximum freedom but also full personal responsibility — you don’t need a babysitter.
