  • Senior IT Recruiter building scalable tech recruiting processes for IT roles in a leading technology partner company. Connecting minds to create digital solutions for the utilities and healthcare sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Build and scale our tech recruiting function.
  • End-to-end recruiting for IT roles — from briefing to contract.
  • Active sourcing on LinkedIn, GitHub and tech communities — targeted outreach.
  • Interview and process management: pipeline, SLAs, structured interviews, evaluations, and offers.
  • Candidate experience & communication: fast, honest, respectful — on an equal footing.
  • Business partnering & KPIs: advise hiring teams, provide market feedback; maintain the ATS and make metrics visible.

Requirements

  • Several years of recruiting experience, ideally in IT/tech.
  • Strong sourcing skills and seasoned direct outreach experience.
  • Understanding of technical roles; able to assess profiles confidently and explain them clearly.
  • Communicative, reliable, empathetic.
  • Hands-on, structured, curious about new tools and smart automations.
