Founding Growth Lead for Odin, driving the commercial growth engine at an innovative investment infrastructure startup. Responsible for maximizing customer conversion and developing sustainable sales systems.
Responsibilities
Own the "growth loop" that maximises conversion of prospects & existing customers into new revenue.
Use modern GTM tooling, marketing automation and whatever else it takes to generate high-quality MQLs for the sales team.
Ideate, test and improve product-led growth loops that compound over time.
Work with external agency partners and other team members on viral marketing campaigns, AI SEO, or whatever else helps us to capture and convert ICP prospects into MQLs.
Diagnose where revenue is getting stuck and unblock it.
Measure & maximise conversion to revenue, and reduce cycle time.
Create a structured sales engine and all the systems & assets the commercial team need to operate it, whether it’s CRM workflows, playbooks, sales collateral, pricing documentation or case studies.
Own & drive CRM integrity, forecasting accuracy and clear performance visibility across the entire growth loop.
Requirements
Experience building PLG motions, activation loops or pipeline systems in high-velocity environments.
Helped move a company from founder-led sales to structured, repeatable growth.
Built and sold, with experience creating demand and designing the motion & systems around it.
