Responsibilities
You implement the B2B expansion roadmap for Germany
You are responsible for the end-to-end readiness of new B2B customers – from approval to go-live
You manage and develop the Channel Activity Masterplan (CAMP) across all B2B channels
You translate portfolio priorities into concrete NOI, distribution and sales targets
You analyze performance KPIs, identify gaps and derive effective measures
You ensure consistent implementation of sales fundamentals – assortment, pricing, promotions and merchandising
You act as the single point of contact for the German B2B business and manage day-to-day operations
You share best practices and scale successful execution approaches internationally
Requirements
Minimum of 7 years' experience in the FMCG industry, preferably in the food, beverage or lifestyle sectors
Proven track record in marketing, sales or commercial roles with a clear B2B focus
Experience with go-to-market processes, sales management or channel management
Entrepreneurial mindset, solution-oriented and takes ownership
Strong communication skills and professional stakeholder management
KPI-driven with strong analytical skills
Comfortable working in a dynamic, high-growth environment
Willingness to travel, approximately 60% across Germany including Hamburg and the HQ
Business-fluent in German and English
