Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above in business management, communication, or relevant fields
At least five (5) years of experience in human resources
At least three (3) years in supervisory role
Familiar with human resources practices and regulations
Proactive, self-managed, results and customer oriented, and team player
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
