Responsibilities

  • Execute employee engagement activities
  • Develop and implement CSR programs across sites
  • Partner on community outreach and sustainability initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Provide guidance on labor laws and regulations
  • Support managers on employee relations and performance management
  • Lead in CBA related matters
  • Ensure leadership and coaching culture
  • Collaborate with leadership team on training needs
  • Evaluate effectiveness of employee development programs

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in business management, communication, or relevant fields
  • At least five (5) years of experience in human resources
  • At least three (3) years in supervisory role
  • Familiar with human resources practices and regulations
  • Proactive, self-managed, results and customer oriented, and team player
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
