Responsibilities
Support HR managers in applicant management and onboarding.
Prepare various HR documents from entry to exit (employment contracts based on templates, contract amendments, certificates, reference letters, etc.).
Responsible for maintaining personnel master data and general document management.
Responsible for deadline management (probation periods, salary adjustments, birthdays and anniversaries).
Work closely with the payroll team and take responsibility for payroll processing.
Provide organizational support for recurring appointments (e.g., flu vaccinations or preventive medical check-ups).
Requirements
Completed commercial/vocational training, ideally with further qualification as a certified HR specialist (Personalfachkauffrau/-mann) or equivalent.
At least 3 years of professional experience, preferably in HR administration.
Strong self-organization and an independent, careful working style; team and communication skills.
Confident user of MS Office and experienced in using HR software.
