Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred.
10+ years of progressive HR experience, including global talent acquisition and talent management leadership.
Proven success in designing and implementing enterprise-wide talent strategies in a complex industrial environment.
Strong understanding of global labor markets and compliance requirements.
Exceptional leadership, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with HR technology platforms and advanced analytics.
