Responsibilities
Responsible for the entire applicant management process: creating and posting job adverts, scheduling interviews, conducting interviews through to onboarding
Liaison with external staffing agencies
Proficient use of our applicant tracking system (ATS)
Drafting employment contracts, reference letters, contract amendments, etc.
Maintaining the digital personnel files
Handling HR-related inquiries from our employees
Supporting HR management in various HR projects
Requirements
Completed vocational training or degree with a specialization in Human Resources
Several years of experience in recruiting and employee support
Strong communication skills
Structured, independent, systematic and goal-oriented working style with a strong commitment to quality
Very good MS Office skills (especially Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
Fluent German (written and spoken)
