Responsibilities
Prepare for and participate in employee representative bodies (CSE — Works Council, Occupational Health Committee, negotiation meetings, etc.)

Requirements
Education: Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in Human Resources or equivalent
Proficient in Excel and Office 365
Ability to work independently and strong interpersonal skills
Team-oriented
