About the role

  • HR and Communication Intern supporting the HR department at Arkema. Collaborating within the team on social relations, HR processes, and the communication plan.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare for and participate in employee representative bodies (CSE — Works Council, Occupational Health Committee, negotiation meetings, etc.)
  • Monitor various HR indicators (profit-sharing/incentive schemes, training, recruitment, communication, etc.)
  • Support the HR Manager (RRH) in deploying and improving HR processes
  • Ensure continuity of the communication plan for the Lannemezan plant
  • Update HR processes and revise HR/Communications forms and procedures

Requirements

  • Education: Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in Human Resources or equivalent
  • Proficient in Excel and Office 365
  • Ability to work independently and strong interpersonal skills
  • Team-oriented
  • Energetic and proactive with a strong sense of initiative
