Responsibilities
Support actively and interact on frequent basis with our most strategic and key customers to provide them with white-glove service in relationship to their invoicing and billing.
Perform RCA on Invoicing and Billing structural issues and implement corrective actions in order to avoid them.
Review and validate financial related terms & conditions.
Provide support to Key strategic customers onboarding to guarantee smooth financial start.
Support Bad Debt reduction performance.
Requirements
You are familiarized with analytics and you enjoy working with excel and databases.
You are familiar with managing projects, identifying dependencies, owners and adhering to deadlines.
You like to deep dive into technical aspects to identify root cause of incidences and think out of the box to provide solutions.
You are customer oriented and strive to provide the best customer experience and connect with customers to understand their needs.
