About the role
- Lead the MedTech Marketing Education and Leadership Development Program at Johnson & Johnson. Drive marketing excellence and develop high-potential MBA talent through strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Drive marketing capability building and skills transformation initiatives across MedTech
- Lead the strategy, design, and execution of J&J MedTech’s leadership development program for high-potential MBA talent
- Collaborate with the Marketing Education team
- Develop and deploy training programs, tools, and resources
- Serve as a key mentor and coach for MLDP participants
- Monitor adoption and impact of skills transformation programs
- Manage program logistics and performance tracking
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, HR, or related field required
- Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) strongly preferred
- 8 yrs of progressive MedTech experience in marketing, talent development, or commercial leadership
- Proven success managing or developing leadership programs or high-potential talent pipelines
- Experience collaborating across matrixed, global organizations
- Strong understanding of marketing disciplines
