Responsibilities
The enablement of the Quality processes and be very close business partner to the members of the Quality Systems & Innovative Medicine Quality Leadership teams.
The process model and decomposition, ensures the documentation of processes, makes these available thru training, drives consistency and continuous improvement in line with the business needs and scope.
Investment management for Quality Systems in close collaboration with the IMQ Strategy & Operations function.
End to End performance management as well as tiered performance management.
Resiliency ownership includes the foundational work on risk assessments.
Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree is required.
An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
A minimum 10-12 years relevant business experience is required.
A minimum of 8 years in Supply Chain (Operational), Quality or R&D is required.
Black Belt Certification is preferred.
Proven overall PE knowledge in Six Sigma, Lean or DEX is required.
High tolerance for ambiguity in a complex environment.
Ability to build effective partnering relationships.
