About the role
- CRM & Business Systems Specialist handling Zoho applications for an energy startup. Collaborating with teams to enhance business processes and develop system solutions.
Responsibilities
- Support the operational management and further development of business systems based on Zoho One
- Manage Zoho applications in day-to-day business
- Maintain stable and transparent system structures
- Implement automations and maintain logic and rules within the systems
- Work closely with the process and development teams to translate requirements into functional system solutions
- Develop Zoho One applications and documentation for daily business operations
- Configure and maintain modules, fields, layouts, and logic within the systems
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide visibility into processes
Requirements
- Proven experience administering and configuring CRM systems
- Basic understanding of business processes and CRM system logic
- Experience with Zoho One or comparable SaaS system landscapes / project management tooling (nice to have)
- Experience with Power BI or SQL (nice to have)
