Responsibilities
- Drive operational effectiveness, strategic alignment, and business performance for the Electrical Power organization
- Partner with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Program teams for new product introduction
- Lead large strategic projects and improve manufacturing capabilities
- Develop Standard Work tools and procedures for Manufacturing Engineering organizations
- Lead portfolio management of Chief Manufacturing Engineering (CME) initiatives
- Act as primary interface between Manufacturing Engineering and Finance for cost management
- Mentor and coach Engineering leaders on business operations and execution discipline
- Foster a high-performance culture built on respect, accountability, and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 12 years of experience in Manufacturing, Engineering, and/or Operations)
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Engineering Leadership and/or Operations Leadership
- This position requires U.S. citizenship status
