- Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives under ambitious timelines.
- Able to shift seamlessly between high-level thinking and deep operational execution.
- Clear and concise communicator, written and verbal.
- High social intelligence and empathy, able to work effectively with a wide range of personalities and functions.
