About the role

  • Supports Navy Federal’s Security & Branch Support Services by assisting with access control processes and compliance. Collaborates with teams for operational readiness and security standards.

Responsibilities

  • Supports the Security & Branch Support Services (SBSS) team
  • Assists with access control processes, including issuing, activating, modifying, and deactivating system and physical access
  • Supports compliance with Global Security standards
  • Collaborates with multiple teams to support daily operations and projects
  • Applies technical and analytical skills in accordance with established policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Ability to follow and interpret instructions and procedures to accomplish assignments
  • Working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation software
  • Progressively responsible experience that demonstrates knowledge, understanding, and application of operational support skills, methods, and procedures, preferably in a financial institution
  • Demonstrated data gathering and organizational skills
  • Good written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • **Desired Qualifications**
  • Education above the high school level with course concentration in business or related field
  • Knowledge of, and experience with, credit union or retail banking operations
  • Knowledge of Navy Federal Credit Union, its organization, operations, policies, procedures, products, and services
