About the role

  • Summer Intern in Human Resources handling employee data and HR administrative processes at JLL. Supporting compliance, payroll, and benefits administration across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update employee files in HRIS systems
  • Process new hire paperwork
  • Ensure accurate documentation of personnel changes
  • Assist with open enrollment processing
  • Support regulatory compliance efforts
  • Assist with payroll processing verification
  • Provide general administrative support

Requirements

  • Actively pursuing a bachelor's degree
  • 2-3 years completed majoring in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Advanced Excel skills for data management and reporting
  • Attention to Detail
  • HRIS Experience Preferred
