About the role

  • People Operations Associate managing HR processes and systems at the Jewish Federation Bay Area. Focused on enhancing employee experience and organizational effectiveness in a hybrid role.

Responsibilities

  • Own the execution and day-to-day operations of the Federation’s people processes and systems.
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve people operations structures and processes.
  • Compile and maintain accurate compensation data and serve as the primary backup for payroll processing.
  • Partner with leaders and employees to strengthen organizational culture and foster engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of People Operations experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
  • HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) is a big plus.
