About the role

  • Senior Programmatic Manager driving campaign performance for top clients at a global digital marketing agency. Collaborating across teams and mentoring junior staff for growth and success.

Responsibilities

  • You will optimise campaign performance across programmatic platforms, striving to refine tactics for our clients.
  • You will develop insights to inform our client's strategies.
  • You will partner with Business Development to develop strategies for prospective clients.
  • Communicate with clients through written, phone, and in person communication.
  • The Senior Programmatic Manager will collaborate across our teams to create holistic advertiser solutions which span all areas of the digital spectrum.
  • Interpret attribution modelling and 3rd party analytics data.
  • You will engage deal economics, media allocation, and advertiser investment decisions.
  • You will mentor and educate junior staff as the business expands.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in display and programmatic advertising in an agency environment
  • Knowledge of display advertising, specifically real-time bidding, ad networks, demand site platforms, attribution models, and associated technologies, specifically within the Google Marketing Platform
  • Experience with numerical detail and analysis
  • Business writing skills and ability to produce high-quality documents
  • Demonstrate a structured way of working, with the ability to cope with competing demands
  • You'll be a whizz at using data and market insights to inform decisions and develop business strategies, consulting, and influencing.
  • You'll create unique ideas and experiment with new methods and technologies to solve complex issues.
