Requirements

Proven ability to coach and develop high-performing, diverse teams.
Advanced project management and resource planning skills; experience with tools like Workfront.
Expertise in curriculum quality assurance, governance, and process optimization.
Strong analytical skills; skilled with data tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for measuring impact.
Deep knowledge of adult learning theory, modern instructional methods, and emerging EdTech.
Proficient with LMS (e.g., Adobe Learning Manager), authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate), and collaboration platforms (e.g., Slack, Teams).
Excellent communicator and collaborator across global, cross-functional teams.
