Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive strategy for Workday reporting
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of Workday reports and calculated fields
  • Collaborate with Employee Experience teams to deliver seamless operational reporting
  • Build and implement efficient, scalable reporting solutions
  • Provide insight into how reporting development decisions impact long-term scalability, user experience, and data quality
  • Find opportunities to automate manual processes and streamline reporting workflows
  • Partner with HR Tech and People Analytics teams to implement scalable frameworks
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve operational reporting efficiency
  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to team members
  • Foster a collaborative culture passionate about technical excellence

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Workday Reporting Lead or Consultant
  • Proven experience supporting full lifecycle Workday reporting, from strategy to delivery
  • Hands-on expertise with Workday Reporting, including Advanced, Matrix and Composite Reporting
  • Experience leading reporting development and process alignment initiatives
  • ServiceNow queue and ticket management experience (a plus)
  • Profound understanding of Workday reporting architecture, data structures, and module interrelationships
  • Skilled at developing and improving calculated fields and custom reports
  • Strong understanding of Workday Security and its impact on report access and development
