  • Practice Manager role in equine veterinary network overseeing daily operations, managing employees, and enhancing client-centered care across locations.

Responsibilities

  • oversee all daily operations
  • developing and implementing systems, policies, and processes needed to manage current and future activities
  • manage all employees and operational processes (SOPs) of one practice location
  • promote a client-centered environment
  • facilitate programs and processes that meet client needs
  • promote a cooperative working environment among staff members
  • review/approve timecards and payroll
  • assist with financial reporting and manage/assist in preparing budgets
  • oversee/assist with compliance and regulatory matters
  • assist with administrative affairs, including vendors contracts and legal matters
  • assist in developing policies and coordinate activities with Human Resources
