About the role
- IT-Application Manager managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP systems in an international context. Responsibilities include administration, database support, and user support in various projects.
Responsibilities
- Administration and support of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP system in conjunction with our CRM and PLM systems within an international environment
- Administration and support of our database infrastructure for reporting & BI
- Development and operation of data interfaces
- Administration of Microsoft Azure and Power Platform environments
- Responsibility for technical issues as well as implementing IT requirements and changes
- Point of contact for support and system-related queries
- Optimization of applications in enhancement projects in collaboration with our business departments and external partners
Requirements
- Degree in computer science or a related IT field, or equivalent vocational training with professional experience
- Solid experience in ERP application administration, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management
- Experience building, maintaining and enhancing interfaces and databases for reporting and BI
- Very good communication skills
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Structured, quality-conscious and solution-oriented working style
