About the role

  • Technical Account Manager responsible for client management and sales strategy in Europe. Engaging with existing and new customers in the DACH and UK/Ireland regions for a renowned drive systems provider.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow existing and new customers across Europe (DACH + UK/Ireland)
  • Serve as the interface between customers and multiple company locations
  • Plan and conduct customer visits
  • Support the implementation of sales strategy
  • Prepare sales plans including lead lists
  • Take responsibility for operational sales success in the territory (achievement of KPIs)
  • Perform customer and market analysis in collaboration with the business units
  • Organize and participate in trade shows and events
  • Provide weekly reports to the supervisor

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in engineering, or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum of 3 years’ professional experience selling technically sophisticated products
  • Technical understanding in mechanics, electronics, etc.
  • Fluent in German and English (Japanese or additional languages advantageous)
