About the role

  • VP, Global Customer Success architecting post-sales growth engine for Fastly. Leading global team for health, retention, and expansion of prestigious enterprise accounts.

Responsibilities

  • design and execute a 5-year strategic roadmap for the Global Account Management org
  • own the global strategy for renewals and upsells
  • lead the development of a programmatic approach to customer health
  • bridge the gap between Sales, Product, and Support
  • act as the executive sponsor for strategic global accounts
  • recruit, develop, and inspire a high-performing global team

Requirements

  • 15+ years of leadership in Account Management or Customer Success
  • deep understanding of Internet infrastructure (CDN, Security, Cloud, Edge computing)
  • proven track record of scaling global teams and implementing tech stacks (e.g., Salesforce, Gainsight)
  • expert-level experience in high-stakes contract negotiations
  • organizational savvy in a matrixed environment
  • BA/BS preferred; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is highly preferred
