About the role

  • Human Resources Coordinator managing administrative support and recruiting efforts. Ensuring smooth onboarding processes and maintaining data integrity for new hires.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department.
  • Support recruiting efforts including processing of pre-hire documentation.
  • Prepare Welcome email, offer letters, and send out on-boarding documents.
  • Assist orientation meeting working with Generalist to ensure smooth, professional orientation days.
  • Track check list, pre-fill documents and set-up orientation folders.
  • Process all new hires through e-verify program.
  • Data integrity - Processes employee updates in IMIS and ADP.

Requirements

  • Minimum requirement in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint of intermediate to advanced level.
  • Previous ADP payroll experience highly preferred, System experience required.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of general HR and best practices through education or job experience.
  • One (1) to three (3) years of HR experience, or equivalent data entry and customer service experience.
  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) Certification or SHRM-CP Certification strongly preferred.
