About the role

  • Talent Acquisition Partner responsible for strategic recruitment initiatives that align with business growth. Collaborating with leadership to attract and secure critical talent in Japan.

Responsibilities

  • Develop mid- to long-term hiring strategies aligned with business and organizational plans
  • Identify critical roles, define hiring requirements, and proactively source talent, including long term pipeline generation
  • Create annual and quarterly hiring plans by role, location, and seniority
  • Design and monitor recruitment KPIs (e.g., headcount, Time to Hire, Quality of Hire)
  • Analyse and map the Japan space industry, to provide a tailored approach to sourcing

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition in an in-house or recruiting firm environment
  • Experience managing multiple roles across different functions and seniority levels
  • Experience in global hiring and conducting recruitment activities in Japanese and English
  • Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle, from role definition to closing
  • Ability to work closely with Hiring Managers and senior leadership.
