Develop mid- to long-term hiring strategies aligned with business and organizational plans

Requirements
5+ years of experience in talent acquisition in an in-house or recruiting firm environment
Experience managing multiple roles across different functions and seniority levels
Experience in global hiring and conducting recruitment activities in Japanese and English
Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle, from role definition to closing
Ability to work closely with Hiring Managers and senior leadership.
