Responsibilities
Perform and ensure accurate payroll processing
Record all payroll-relevant data including tax and social security information
Manage reporting and certification processes and maintain master data
Implement salary changes, special payments, and company pension schemes
Prepare reports and assist with monthly and annual closings
Contribute to and optimize HR processes within your area of responsibility
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training plus further qualification in HR
At least 3 years of experience in payroll accounting
Solid knowledge of employment, social security, and tax law
Experience with payroll systems (ideally Sage) and MS Office
