About the role

  • Payroll Specialist ensuring correct payroll processing and compliance with legal regulations. Collaborating on HR processes and supporting in payroll-related tasks within a growing company.

Responsibilities

  • Perform and ensure accurate payroll processing
  • Record all payroll-relevant data including tax and social security information
  • Manage reporting and certification processes and maintain master data
  • Implement salary changes, special payments, and company pension schemes
  • Prepare reports and assist with monthly and annual closings
  • Contribute to and optimize HR processes within your area of responsibility

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training plus further qualification in HR
  • At least 3 years of experience in payroll accounting
  • Solid knowledge of employment, social security, and tax law
  • Experience with payroll systems (ideally Sage) and MS Office
