About the role

  • Payroll Mitarbeiter managing payroll and related processes for about 300 employees. Supporting human resources and compliance in a fast-paced beverage logistics company.

Responsibilities

  • Independently and punctually prepare payroll, including all ancillary tasks, for a defined area of responsibility (approx. 300 employees)
  • Manage the timekeeping system and process related workflows
  • Personnel administration from onboarding to offboarding
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees, social security agencies and authorities on payroll tax and social security matters
  • Handle reporting and certification processes and correspondence with tax offices and authorities
  • Prepare analyses and statistics for monthly reporting

Requirements

  • Completed commercial/vocational training
  • Professional experience in payroll processing
  • Solid knowledge of payroll topics (tax and social security law, company pension schemes, travel expense accounting, etc.)
  • Confident user of MS Office products, especially Excel
  • High initiative, structured and meticulous working style, and strong team skills
