About the role

  • Sales Manager B2B at iQ-Hub GmbH focusing on AI education and client acquisition. Engaging with potential customers and developing solutions in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Acquire new customers and maintain and expand existing business relationships in the B2B segment.
  • Identify customer needs and develop tailored solution concepts in the area of AI and professional training.
  • Present our products and services to prospective clients and conduct negotiations through to closing.
  • Work closely with specialist departments, particularly Marketing, to develop and implement targeted sales strategies.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows and networking events to expand the contact network.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations and reports on sales progress and follow up on sales activities.
  • Continuously analyze the market and monitor trends in artificial intelligence and professional training to identify opportunities early.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in AI, digitalization or professional training.
  • Strong communication skills and negotiation ability at executive/decision-maker level.
  • Independent work style, high self-motivation and goal orientation.
  • Excellent proficiency in using digital sales channels and experience with CRM systems.
  • Confident use of AI tools, Slack, Google Workspace, etc.
  • You have closed deals, not just qualified and handed off leads.
  • Ability to translate a complex product into simple, clear language.
  • Enjoy in-person meetings and presence, not only online calls.
  • Native-level German, solid English.
