About the role

  • Implementing the HR systems of IPM in public municipal organizations across Brazil. Analyzing processes and training users, while ensuring data quality and security.

Responsibilities

  • Implement IPM's HR systems in municipal public bodies, following business rules and client requirements, including routines and areas such as: Payroll, Recruitment and Selection, Electronic Timekeeping, Performance Evaluation, Probationary Period, Occupational Health and Safety, among others;
  • Analyze processes and system functionalities, identifying improvements and adjustments;
  • Configure the system according to gathered requirements, ensuring data quality and security;
  • Deliver training to system users, guiding them on operations and available features;
  • Support the implementation process, resolving issues and clarifying questions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields;
  • Knowledge of public sector legislation and regulations applicable to HR/Payroll;
  • Experience with HR/payroll software;
  • Availability for frequent travel.
