Responsibilities
Drive sustainable revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing profitable business opportunities in existing and new customer segments.
Develop and execute growth strategies that increase market share, customer value, and long-term profitability.
Build and strong sales pipeline by continuously analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.
Develop and implement the international market strategy — from defining and establishing strategic partnerships to co-developing products with our specialist teams.
Manage the full sales process for tenders and direct awards, from lead acquisition to contract closing.
Advise customers on mobility analysis, Demand Responsive Transport (DRT), and autonomous mobility, striving to understand the needs of people, cities, and bus operators.
Work closely with all internal departments (product development, marketing, key account management, etc.).
Represent ioki at trade fairs, conferences, and client meetings through presentations, talks, and panel discussions.
Requirements
You have solid sales experience in the SaaS sector.
You have more than 5 years of sales experience.
You are fluent in English (C1 level) and Italian (C2 level), both written and spoken.
German language skills are not required.
You enjoy working at both strategic and operational levels.
You work independently, are goal- and results-oriented, and hold yourself to high quality standards.
You are flexible and willing to travel.
