About the role

  • Administrative Assistant for a Munich-based healthcare company, handling mail, bookkeeping, and payroll support. Seeking a structured and reliable candidate with administrative training in a hybrid role.

Responsibilities

  • Processing and distribution of incoming and outgoing mail
  • Creation and processing of invoices
  • Processing and management of cancellations
  • Follow-up and collection of outstanding payments, especially in case of returned/bounced payments
  • Support and participation in ongoing bookkeeping
  • Preparation and assistance with payroll processing
  • General commercial administrative and organizational tasks
  • Maintenance and management of customer and billing data

Requirements

  • Completed commercial/administrative vocational training or equivalent qualification
  • Structured and meticulous working style
  • Good organizational skills
  • Proficient with common office and administrative software
  • Reliability and a strong sense of responsibility
