Responsibilities
Be responsible for shaping the future of how we reward our global workforce
Managing and enhancing Intrepid’s total rewards programs
Coordinating annual cycles such as the salary reviews and bonus pay-out
Conducting job evaluations and managing salary surveys
Preparing compliance reports and supporting global benefits initiatives
Translating data into insights and contributing to projects that strengthen equity, transparency, and engagement across our global team
Requirements
3+ years' experience in Total Rewards, ideally in a regional or global capacity
Skilled in job evaluation, preferably the Hay methodology
Well versed in salary survey submissions
Experienced in salary structure development
Strong project management and analytical skills, with high attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, experience with SuccessFactors desirable
