Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage long-term relationships with key clients
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities
  • Achieve sales and revenue targets across existing and new accounts
  • Lead complex negotiations and manage commercial agreements
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging service opportunities
  • Collaborate with leadership and technical teams on growth and service development strategies

Requirements

  • 10+ years of B2B sales experience in industrial or technical services
  • Proven success selling complex technical solutions
  • Experience in sectors such as oil & gas, energy, power, chemicals, or related industries preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience leading or managing sales teams
