Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities within clinical trials and life science
Build and leverage relationships across CROs, pharma, biotech, medtech, and eClinical companies
Drive B2B sales processes from initial dialogue to agreement
Engage multiple stakeholders across the clinical trial ecosystem
Work consultatively to understand customer needs and position solutions accordingly
Build, manage, and own your sales pipeline — from new business development to ongoing account management and expansion
Collaborate internally with product development and customer success to ensure successful customer outcomes
Requirements
Experience in sales and/or business development
Experience and network from clinical trials, CROs, life science, pharma, or biotech
A track record of working with new business or customer accounts
Ability to navigate multi-stakeholder B2B sales cycles
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Solid business acumen and commercial judgment
Very good communication skills in English (Swedish is a plus)
