About the role

  • Business Development Manager driving sales for clinical trials and life science industry. Focusing on new customer acquisition and business growth in a hybrid role based in Stockholm.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within clinical trials and life science
  • Build and leverage relationships across CROs, pharma, biotech, medtech, and eClinical companies
  • Drive B2B sales processes from initial dialogue to agreement
  • Engage multiple stakeholders across the clinical trial ecosystem
  • Work consultatively to understand customer needs and position solutions accordingly
  • Build, manage, and own your sales pipeline — from new business development to ongoing account management and expansion
  • Collaborate internally with product development and customer success to ensure successful customer outcomes

Requirements

  • Experience in sales and/or business development
  • Experience and network from clinical trials, CROs, life science, pharma, or biotech
  • A track record of working with new business or customer accounts
  • Ability to navigate multi-stakeholder B2B sales cycles
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Solid business acumen and commercial judgment
  • Very good communication skills in English (Swedish is a plus)
