About the role

  • Telesales Consultant at International SOS contacting prospective customers and generating appointments for Business Development Managers. Collaborating with the Marketing & Sales team to develop qualified leads.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for supporting sales growth by contacting prospective customers
  • Generate appointments for Business Development Managers
  • Manage a prospect database via various digital tools
  • Collaborate with Marketing & Sales team to nurture and develop qualified leads
  • Ensure sales administration and lead referrals in Salesforce and ZoomInfo Engage are accurate and timely
  • Establish professional relationships with Business Development Managers and Account Managers for lead prospecting

Requirements

  • Experience and/or interest in growing skills in telephone sales
  • Proactive, outgoing personality
  • Impeccable oral and written communication skills
  • Passion for engaging clients and pitching innovative solutions
  • Ability to accurately log performance with incumbent platforms (Salesforce)
  • Adaptable and agile minded
  • Education to a degree level, or equivalent, with a specialty in Business, Marketing or Communications
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Eloqua, Zoominfo, Drift and Outlook a plus
