HR Systems & Analytics Coordinator maintaining HR data accuracy and supporting HR processes. Collaborating to generate reports and ensure data confidentiality in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
Maintain and update reporting in the HR information system (HRIS) with a high degree of accuracy.
Ensure data integrity and confidentiality of all employee information.
Generate and distribute regular HR reports, including headcount, turnover, and other key metrics.
Assist in the administration of HR processes, such as onboarding, offboarding, and benefits enrollment.
Collaborate with HR team members to improve data management processes and streamline workflows.
Provide support for HR audits and compliance reporting.
Respond to data requests from internal and external stakeholders in a timely manner.
Assist with other HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proficiency with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Bilingualism (French / English) - Need to interact on a regular basis with colleagues across the country.
Available to work with us full-time, 35 hours per week, for the semester Term (may to August)
Must be an active student during your internship and/or returning to school in next semester following your internship.
